On this page, you will find the terms and conditions for sales and shipping from our e-commerce store.

SHIPPING

The time between payment receipt and pick-up by the courier generally ranges from 3 to 10 business days.

Customized products, being created upon the buyer's request, will be subject to longer processing times. Consequently, the production of such products will take between 7 and 14 days, depending on the size and quantity of the ordered items.

The buyer will be informed via email of all steps, from the completion of the product to its pick-up by the courier.

Shipments are made via express courier, with delivery within 5 to 10 business days throughout Italy. Any delivery delays are not attributable to the Seller, who will provide the Buyer with the tracking code for the goods once they have been picked up by the Courier.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

It is the customer's responsibility to send the Seller the necessary material for customization (e.g., images and/or other materials) within 5 days of ordering a customized product, failing which the order will be canceled and, if necessary, the payment refunded.

PAYMENTS

The Buyer can place an order via PayPal, using their available balance or a credit/debit card, through the same platform.

At the time of payment, the browser will be directed to a secure server page with SSL encryption. Payment is made securely and quickly. A confirmation email from PayPal will be sent for each transaction. The order amount is charged to the PayPal account or credit/debit card chosen by the Buyer at the time of order acquisition.

In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the same PayPal account used by the Customer, with no possibility of using different methods.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, to the coordinates provided during checkout. These orders are considered "in processing" only upon receipt of credit to the provided bank account; in case of non-payment or withdrawal, the order will be canceled after 7 business days, following an email reminder from the Seller.

INVOICES

Along with the goods, the fiscal receipt for the payment will be delivered.

To request an invoice, it must be done via email within 10 days of delivery of the shipment to assistenzaclienti@roro69.it, indicating the billing details, including fiscal code and/or VAT number and SDI or PEC. For orders picked up at the premises, the request can be made at the time of pick-up.

IN-STORE PICKUP

By selecting the "In-store Pickup" option during purchase, the Buyer will receive a specific email upon completion of the purchased products. They undertake to pick up the purchase within 10 (ten) days from the receipt of the email, or from the agreed pickup date between the Seller and Buyer via email.

1.    The terms of sale stipulate that the goods must be picked up at Rorò 69:

2.     The goods can be picked up at the address indicated in point 1 above every day, from 10 AM to 7:30 PM, by prior telephone arrangement.

3.    The buyer is obliged to pick up the purchased goods within the peremptory term of 10 days from the date of purchase.

4.    If the term mentioned in point 3 expires in vain, without the goods having been picked up, the buyer is considered in default and, therefore, remains responsible for the impossibility of performance due to a cause not attributable to the seller, and is obliged to compensate for damages resulting from their default and to bear the costs for the custody and preservation of the due item, in addition to legal fees for the real offer made by an act notified to them in the forms prescribed for summonses (art. 1209 c.c.).

5.    If the creditor refuses to accept the real offer or does not appear to receive the items offered to them by intimation, the sold goods will be deposited in a warehouse with a charge to the defaulting buyer of €0.50 per day. After one year from the deposit, the seller will proceed as established by art. 1211 c.c. 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without needing to state reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods, or from the day on which the Buyer or a third party designated by them acquires physical possession of the goods. If the Buyer has purchased multiple products with a single order, the withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the last item.

Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, withdrawal is not permitted for types of products custom-made and/or clearly personalized. For these, the right to request replacement of the goods in case of damaged merchandise remains valid.

In case of withdrawal, the Buyer will be refunded all amounts paid for the execution of the contract, including delivery costs, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the actual delivery of the returned goods to the Seller via a carrier chosen by the Buyer.
The costs incurred for returning the goods are exclusively borne by the Buyer and will not be refunded.

The refund will only occur after the receipt of the goods, within 14 days, and after verification of the actual integrity of the product. Any damages caused to the goods during the period in which the Buyer is in possession of them, if not duly communicated to the Seller, will make it impossible to refund the incurred costs.

It remains the sole responsibility of the Buyer to document the actual condition of the goods at the time of receipt and to package the goods so that they do not suffer damage during transport during the return phase.

If the Buyer has purchased multiple products with a single order and intends to return only one item, the initial shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer for the initial transaction or, at the sole discretion of the Buyer, in the form of a purchase voucher redeemable on the website www.roro69.it itself.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints regarding a defect in the purchased product will only be accepted if communicated within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product, as regulated by current European legislation.

PURCHASE OF ITEMS

All Rorò 69 brand products are created exclusively for use as gift or decorative items.

By accepting these terms and conditions of sale, you acknowledge the terms of use specified herein and undertake to respect their content, absolving the Seller from any damage to property or persons resulting from improper use.
