How to customize a magnet?
1. Before or at the same time as your order, send the image of your choice (preferably high-resolution) to our WhatsApp number or to info@roro69.it. If you've already made a purchase, please include your order number when sending the image.
2. We will evaluate whether your image is suitable, without losing definition.
3. If the image is suitable, we'll proceed with creating your custom magnet. Otherwise, we'll recommend alternatives or you can request a refund.
